Visit the Cofinity web-site at www.cofinity.net
Click on Search Now to find a Cofinity Network provider.
On the PPO Rental Networks web page,
Fill-in the Basic Search or Advanced Search (best option) page
Choose a location
Choose "Group Health" as the Insurance Type
Choose a provider type
Fill-in the Basic Search or Advanced Search (best option) page
Choose a location
Choose "Group Health" as the Insurance Type
Optional: To narrow your search,
Specify a provider name
Choose one or more Specialties (hold down the <Ctrl> key as you click to select multiple specialties)
Click on Search |
